Who operates Brocach

Brocach is operated under the name brocach.com, based in Panama. You can contact the operator at nora@brocach.com.

When you read the site

You can read Brocach without an account. We do not provide comment forms, newsletter signup forms, or online checkout. We do not run advertising, optional analytics, or tracking pixels on these pages.

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. When you request a page, the hosting service receives technical details such as your IP address, the requested address, browser information, and request time. Cloudflare may process this information to deliver pages, protect its network, and keep the service working. Its privacy policy explains its practices.

The pages load the AMP runtime from cdn.ampproject.org for the navigation and page components. Your browser makes a request to that service, which receives connection information such as your IP address. Fonts and editorial images are served with the site.

Cookies and local storage

Brocach does not set optional tracking cookies or store a visitor profile in your browser. Hosting or security services may use technical cookies where needed to protect or deliver their services. Our navigation does not require an account or a saved personal profile.

Nora Keane is Brocach's editorial pen name. The author portrait is an AI-generated illustration of that identity. The name and image do not represent claimed professional credentials or a record of firsthand product testing.

Brocach uses AI assistance in research, drafting, editing, design, and image creation. Recommendations express editorial judgments. Product descriptions and attributed experiences should not be read as claims that the author personally bought, tasted, or tested an item.
